X-Wool Prosthetic Sock by Comfort is a virgin wool sock plaited inside with an X-Static/Lycra blend. X-STATIC - The Silver Fiber, is a high performance fiber system made with pure silver. Silver is naturally antimicrobial, enabling X-STATIC to safely inhibit the growth of odor-causing bacteria and fungi in the garment. Silver also has the best possible thermodynamic properties, so you stay cooler in the summer and warmer in winter. It also provides therapeutic qualities. Absorbent virgin wool is thick and cushioning. Lycra allows garment to contour without stretching out and accommodates flexion. Fleeced to add softness. Machine washable-resists shrinkage. Available in Light weight: 3 ply; Medium weight: 5 ply or Heavy weight: 6 ply.
